(GDPR), which came into force on 25 May 2018. This European regulation brings you new rights
and better protection for your data. RURENER attaches great importance to security
and the processing of your personal data. For the sake of transparency, we
present the conditions under which RURENER uses and processes your personal data.
Who collects your personal data?

For what purposes does RURENER collect your personal data?
RURENER collects this information in order to :
- Informing you of the latest news via its newsletter, email newsletters or website;
- Invite you to work meetings, various events, general meetings, etc.

How did we obtain your personal data?
We have information about you because you have filled in one of our information request forms, a contact request form, a newsletter registration form, a registration form for one of our events
(research mission, general meeting, EUSEW, etc.) or through a contact made within the framework of
one of our projects. We remind you that this data is only used to process your requests at
or to keep you informed of our latest news, in particular by registering at

What data do we keep on you?
We store data relating to a natural person, such as surname, first name, telephone number, email address, position, structure, department.
Will your personal data be passed on?
The data collected by RURENER is used exclusively for its own purposes and it remains the principal
responsible for processing your data. Your data (e-mail, first name and surname only)
may be transferred to our subcontractors, such as our e-mailing platform, if you have given your consent
to receive information by e-mail. However, this data is the responsibility of
and is not used by our subcontractors under any circumstances. All this data
is under no circumstances disclosed to third parties.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Your data will be kept in an active database for 3 years from the date of the last contact from us, which may take the form of a request from you (documentation, contact), a telephone contact from
or an e-mail. If there is no contact during these 3 years, your data
will be archived for one year and then deleted if your file has not been requested in the meantime.
What are your rights?
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the provisions
of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights which
can exercise at any time. You have a ‘right of access’ to your personal data and
can request that we provide you with all the personal information
that concerns you. You have a ‘right to rectification’, which means that you can update
your personal data if it is incorrect. You have a ‘right to erasure
of your data’ and can ask us, at any time, to erase all your personal data

You have a ‘right to object’ to being included in our e-mail file, which allows you to
receive information about RURENER news and events. You have a ‘right of
portability’ which allows you to request that your personal data be
transmitted to you in a format used and readable by a machine or a browser.

to object’ to appear in our file of contacts who subscribe to the Newsletter (regular and
exceptional events) does not require the presentation of your identity document, but can be done
simply by clicking on the unsubscribe links in each e-mail sent.
