RURENER is a European network that enables local authorities, organisations and funding bodies to work together to make the green transition a reality in rural areas across the European Union.

At RURENER, we offer 4 services to our members :

1. European administrative expertise

We support our members to set up their EU transition projects through our financial and administrative expertise.
To do so, our team :
– edits monthly benchmark of European programmes and calls for proposal
– designs and drafts applications, budgets and projects
– provides administrative support with completing and translating applications

2. Learning trips

We promote our members’ territories by organizing, structuring and leading learning trips.
To do so, our team :
– helps host regions to organise relevant site visits
– engages participants and helps with the logitics

3. Local ownership

We strenghthen local ownership of our members’ transition project through facilitation techniques and collaborative tools.

4. European advocacy

We promote the recognition of rural areas at the European level through advocacy and networking efforts
