The COLEOPTER project has just started and we are looking for a service provider to help us build the dialogue process within the COLEOPTER approach on our three experimentation sites.

Notre projet européen COLEOPTER, regroupant 8 partenaires de France, Espagne et Portugal pour aborder les enjeux d’efficacité énergétique en milieu en développant une approche concertée de l’efficacité énergétique s’appuyant sur 4 bâtiments démonstrateurs. L’approche COLEOPTER est constituée de trois éléments centraux :

• La mise en dialogue des acteurs du territoire autour des projets pilotes : élus, PMEs, citoyens, experts
• La conduite d’audits sur le lien eau-énergie en complément d’audit énergétiques afin d’aborder les bâtiments de façon intégrée (considération des différents usages pouvant influencer les consommations d’énergie)
• L’utilisation de la technologie de Building Information Modeling (BIM) comme plateforme collaborative pour faciliter les échanges autour des bâtiments pilotes par à la modélisation 3D

On October 15^th and 16^th, the partners of the COLEOPTER project gathered in Cartagena, Spain, for the kick-off meeting hosted by the Ayuntamiento de Cartagena et CETENMA.

COLEOPTER is an integrated, consensus-building based approach of energy and water efficiency in public buildings. The approach is made of three main components:

The project “2017, Year of Innovation for Rural Energy”, funded by the French State and the CGET through the Fond National d’Aménagement du Territoire along with the Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine, is coming to an end. To capitalize on and share the work done during the project, the results were presented during the event ENER’Gaume that took place from September 19th to 21st in Belgium, heart of the European Union, and co-hosted by the Natural Park of Gaume located in the South of Belgium.
